BEER GUARANTEE AND STANDARD RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RETURN AND A BEER GUARANTEE?

A Return for Refund can be initiated for any item that was purchased within the last 60 days. Grunt Style will refund items that are unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition (at Grunt Style’s discretion), as well as defective merchandise, within 60 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns set up through the self-service portal will incur a restocking fee, and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

For defective items, a replacement can be issued within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at [email protected]. After 30 days, please use our self-service portal process.

Beer Guarantee
is a warranty after 60 days of purchase that completely has your back. Yup. Everything. For any reason. Including tears, holes, loose threads, beer stains - even blood stains from defending the American Flag.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BEER GUARANTEE

All you would have to do is fill out the Beer Guarantee form and send the product and form back to us. See detailed steps below.



1. Proof of Purchase required for all items returned. Find your order number for orders placed on our website or Grunt Style Retail Stores.

2. Fill out the Beer Guarantee form and email it to [email protected] along with photos of the items you are wanting to Beer Guarantee to start the process. 


3. Be sure to take the time to share your most awesome, diabolical, freedom fighting, beer drinking, Merica lovin', holy hell did that just happen...but still true (right?) story with us when you mail in your Beer Guarantee and you might get highlighted on the Beer Guarantee: WALL OF WHAT THE F*CK!!


WHERE TO SEND IT: 

No need to send your gear back! Simply fill out the Beer Guarantee form and email it to [email protected] along with photos of the items you are wanting to Beer Guarantee to start the process. 

If you have already mailed items to us under the Beer Guarantee program prior to the implementation of our updated policy, and those items do not qualify, please note that we will not be returning them. We kindly ask that you review the eligibility requirements carefully before sending any items in, to ensure they meet the criteria for the Beer Guarantee.


BEER GUARANTEE FAQ

I can’t find my shirt on your website anymore, can I still get it?

We will do our best to get you the same shirt. In case we don’t have it, we will exchange it for a Grunt Style shirt of your choice of equal or lesser value! (value is based on price paid). The item to be exchanged will be determined after the BG Request has been made to customer service. 

My shirt was lost/stolen, can I still Beer Guarantee it?

Unfortunately no, we do need a photo of the item emailed to us to honor the Beer Guarantee.

How long does it take to process my Beer Guarantee?

Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. (Nov-Feb may have a longer processing timeframe)

I bought my Grunt Style shirt from a 3rd party, can I still do a Beer Guarantee?

As long as the 3rd party is one that is “Authorized by Grunt Style” we can still process the Beer Guarantee (warranty). Please include a copy of the receipt and the Beer Guarantee form when emailing us your request.

Will the new items I received or purchased, with my discount code from a previous beer guarantee qualify to be Beer Guaranteeable?

No. Once you have Beer Guaranteed items for a discount code or another item, the replacement items are now voided and will not be covered under the Beer Guarantee policy.

I have a custom order, can I still do a Beer Guarantee?

Custom items are eligible for the standard Beer Guarantee on an individual consumer basis. For overall custom orders, no refunds will be provided if the order is delivered as described in the custom order agreement.

*Please keep in mind that all custom orders can not be replaced with the same design.

If I add to the design/product, can I still do a Beer Guarantee?"

No. Unfortunately, once you have customized an item it is no longer eligible for the Beer Guarantee(i.e. adding business logos or dying fabric). If you would like to have Grunt Style items with your logo on it please see our Customs page.  

What if I need to return Kids or Baby apparel products?

Grunt Style stands behind all Kids and Baby apparel with our Root Beer Guarantee™! Just like our Beer Guarantee, this warranty ensures your little one's gear is covered—but with an expiration date. The Root Beer Guarantee extends protection for 60 days beyond the standard 60-day return period from the purchase date.

Beer Guarantee exempt items:

  • Mystery items will not be covered.
  • Free item(s) will not be covered under Beer Guarantee. * Subscription tees that were purchased at zero dollars due to a discount code, are not covered under the beer guarantee. Prepaid membership orders are covered under the beer guarantee.
  • Items received from a previous Beer Guarantee.
  • Items purchased with a Beer Guarantee discount code.
  • Items purchased with a gift card issued from a previous Beer Guarantee.
  • Items considered "Giveback" Tees that include the donation of profits to a nonprofit organization
  • Lost or stolen items (includes lost items from natural disasters & fires)

 

RETURNS FAQ

How long is your Returns Period?

Any unwanted product must be returned within 60 days from when your Grunt Style order is delivered (if the order was placed online) or was purchased (if you bought the items in one of our Grunt Style Retail Stores).

What items can I return?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 60 days. To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

You will be responsible for restocking fees. This total will be deducted from your total refund upon receipt of your item(s). There will be a restocking fee per order you return.

Items that are not eligible for refunds are Shipping Costs and Package Protection costs from your order.

What is the restocking fee? 

All returns will be subject to a restocking fee.

If using a Loop Returns return bar for easy drop off, the fee will be $6, deducted from your total refund. 

If you choose to mail back your items and get a shipping label from the Loop Returns self service portal, the shipping charge will equal $8 deducted from your total refund.

Can I get a refund on the shipping from my order?

No. We do not currently offer refunds for any shipping costs from your original order.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, to process a size exchange for the same item (if available) through our Loop Returns portal, your return must be within 60 days of receipt of original order.

If your order is past the 60 day return window, your items are still covered under our Beer Guarantee.

*IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM (PRIOR TO WASHING) PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY. ANY COMMUNICATION AFTER THE 30 DAYS YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH OUR BEER GUARANTEE.

We recommend placing an order for the correct size and setting up a Return for the original order by clicking here.

When will I get my refund?

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. Your refund will be processed upon inspection and receipt of the returned items.

You will be responsible for restocking fees. This total will be deducted from your total refund upon receipt of your item(s). There will be a restocking fee per order you return.

How will I receive my refund?

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

Can I combine multiple returns into one return?

Returns registered separately can't be returned in one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process, so please package separately!

If using a Loop Returns Bar in the US, you can take these items to the same bar. Show your two different barcodes and send it back with ease! Please keep in mind that there will be a restocking fee deducted from your refund per order.

Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.

Only the item(s) associated with the approved Loop Returns will be accepted, any additional items included in the return will not be honored.
